About Pawan Padeliya
Pawan joined the Access team in 2019 as a Hospitality Educator. He has an extensive career working in 5-star hospitality establishments in Australia and abroad including The Vibe Hotels (TFA Hotels), The Claridges Hotels and Resorts, Taj Hotels and Resorts and The Oberoi Hotels.
Pawan is a hospitality professional in every sense of the term. He was awarded for successfully pre-opening and running a food and beverage training program at the 5-star Leela Kempinski Gurgaon in India. Pawan has a special interest in wines and holds WSET Level 3 Sommelier accreditation from London.
In addition to his extensive hotel experience, Pawan holds a Bachelor Degree in Adult Education, Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Pawan is responsible for training our front of house students from Certificate III level all the way through to Advanced Diploma level.
