Access Recognised Training is the only approved Canberra-based provider of online RSA training. Holding a Responsible service of alcohol or RSA certificate is compulsory for anyone serving or supplying alcohol in Canberra, ACT.
Responsible service of alcohol training (RSA) will be required every three years if you are:
- a licensee or a commercial permit holder;
- an employee of a licensee or commercial permit holder who supplies liquor at the premises: or,
- a crowd controller who works at a licensed or permitted premises.
The online RSA training course has been approved by Access Canberra (Approval number RSA2011-006) for delivery in the ACT and covers staff obligations under ACT Liquor laws and regulations.
The online RSA training course is based on the nationally recognised unit of competency SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol. You will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment on successful completion of this course. The online RSA training takes approximately 4 hours to complete and is valid for 3 years. After three years you will eligible to complete the RSA Refresher course.
