Combo 6 comprises of the following three courses:
SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol – RSA (ACT approved). This RSA course has been approved for delivery in the ACT. You will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment on successful completion of this course.
SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety. This basic food safety course is the entry level unit of competency for food safety training within the Hospitality sector.
SITXFSA002 Participate in safe food handling practices. This course builds on the knowledge acquired in SITXFSA001. It covers the skills and knowledge required to handle food safely during the storage, preparation, display, service and disposal of food.
