This online course is designed for people intending on acting as a food safety supervisor in their workplace in any state or territory in Australia with the exception of NSW. The course consists of two nationally recognised units of competency:
1. SITXFSA101 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
2. SITXFSA201 Participate in Safe Food Handling Practices
