Tash has been with Access for over 7 years and holds the position of Learning and Development Manager. Tash has been responsible for inspiring, motivating and mentoring hundreds of aspiring hospitality professionals who have completed qualifications with Access.
Having worked in hospitality businesses for over 10 years, Tash is well versed on what it takes to survive and thrive in customer service orientated environments.
Tash has an outstanding working relationship with all her clients. A recent email sent from one of her clients reads “You do a wonderful job, have excellent rapport with our staff and are always on top of everything. Thank you, you are a credit to Access”.
Tash has recently completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Canberra with a distinction average. She is extremely competent, knowledgeable and highly engaged with her students and clients.
Tash is particularly strong in the areas of:
– Certificate III,IV and Diploma in Hospitality through Traineeships, Skilled Capital and Fee-for-service pathways; and
– Australian School Based Apprenticeships (ASBAs)
