About Bibitha Felix
Bibitha or ‘B’ for short is the administrative backbone of Access. She is highly organised, professional and extremely competent in her role.
‘B’ has considerable RTO experience in the ACT, having worked for over 4 years with Wisdom Learning before moving to Access. ‘B’ is highly competent in all Access systems including JobReady Student Management System, online Learning Management System and Training and Compliance Management System. B holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management from University of Canberra and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Leadership and Management with McMillan Staff Development.
