Holding an RSA certificate will become compulsory for anyone serving or supplying alcohol in the ACT from 1st June 2012. The face-to-face and the Online RSA Course has been approved by the ACT Office of Regulatory Services (approval number RSA2011-006) for delivery in the ACT and covers staff obligations under the ACT Liquor Act 2010, impacts of alcohol, refusal of service and harm minimisation strategies. The RSA Course Canberra is specific to the ACT and is delivered in three and a half hours.

You will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment on successful completion of this course (specific only to the ACT). Your certificate will remain valid for a three (3) year period at which time you will need to complete an ACT approved refresher course.
