Holding an approved RCG certificate is compulsory in the ACT for anyone directly involved in providing gambling services. This course has been approved by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission and is delivered in three hours.

This RCG course is based on the nationally recognised unit of competency SITHGAM006A Provide Responsible Gambling Services (PRGS). You will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment on successful completion of this course (specific only to the ACT).
