This ACT Gambling and Racing approved course has been designed for individuals wishing to gain the necessary certification to act as a Gambling Contact Officer (GCO) at an ACT gambling venue. The ACT Gambling and Racing Control (Code of Practice) requires each licensee of a Gambling facility to nominate at least one GCO. The training course is delivered in 2.5 hours and must be redone every five years.

Classroom and one-on-one GCO sessions are available. 

One-on-one GCO training sessions are available on request and held at Access's office in Barton. Please send your request to webmaster@accessrt.edu.au. Cost $250.00.
